About VIBRA SCHULTHEIS
VIBRA MASCHINENFABRIK SCHULTHEIS GmbH & Co. was founded in 1948 by Ing. Wilhelm Schultheis and is a mechanical engineering company in the field of vibration and fluidized bed technology headquartered in Offenbach am Main. The company manufactures machines and systems for conveying and discharging, screening, drying and cooling, for driving and activating, as well as magnetic separators and air conditioning units for bulk materials such as plastic granulates, potato chips, gummy bears, milk powder, coffee, sugar and salt. In addition to individual machines such as horizontal, round, universal and low-frequency screening machines as well as fluidized bed coolers, VIBRA SCHULTHEIS supplies complete plant sections from dimensioning through planning and design to commissioning. Resonance vibrating conveyors are realized, among others, as units with conveying lengths of 0.5 to 30 m and conveying heights up to 8 m; horizontal mass flows reach up to 500 t/h. The machines and systems are manufactured by approximately 190 employees and are in use internationally in over 80 countries, primarily in the chemical and food industries as well as for plastics and pharmaceutical applications.

Processes and Products
Horizontal screening machines
Screening machines with 1 to 3 screen decks in a closed, easy-to-clean design for fractionation and protective screening.
Dewatering screening machines
Separation of water or other liquids from fresh product-solid mixtures through high vertical acceleration.
Round screening machines
Compact screening machines made predominantly of stainless steel for food and pharmaceutical applications, suitable for Ex zones 21/22 and 1/2.
Universal screening machines
Universal screening machines with 1 to 3 stacked screen packs and max. screen area of 1.6 m² for two- to four-stage screening.
Control and protective screening machines
Protective screening at high throughput rates in plants with limited installation height and vertical product flow.
Low-frequency screening machines
Combination of high screening accuracy, high throughput capacity and gentle product handling.
Fluidized bed coolers (screen coolers)
Coolers with integrated screen surface, among others delivered as a multi-unit system to a chemical plant.
Electromagnetic compact drives
Drives for smaller vibrating conveyors in the chemical and food industries.
Fluidized bed dryers (batch operation)
Quasi-continuous batch operation with a vibration angle infinitely adjustable during operation from 30 to 90 degrees.
