About Viehoever Sondermaschinen
Viehoever Sondermaschinen GmbH is a family-owned company in Kaarst with roots dating back to the 1950s, specializing in special machinery construction and production automation. Its core business is machines and devices for the manual and automated application and processing of industrial adhesive tapes: laminators, adhesive heads, robot and vacuum wheel applicators as well as tape application systems, including systems for extrusion lines such as Heat-Bond laminators for rubber and EPDM profiles. The portfolio is complemented by testing devices for adhesive tapes and films in accordance with FINAT standards, such as the automatic RDG roller. The company also produces CNC parts as contract manufacturing — from individual components and samples to small and large series — in materials such as aluminium, tool steel, stainless steel, Inconel and Hardox. Its range of services includes design with SolidWorks including simulation and FEM, electrical design with EPLAN P8, control technology (Beckhoff, Siemens, Lenze), assembly of mechatronic assemblies, surface treatment, reverse engineering with 3D scanning, and service. Customers come from the automotive, hygiene and electrical industries; a development partnership with 3M has existed since 1973.
