VIK-COMPOSITE GmbH is a family-run, internationally active company with roots in the metal and composite industry that produces at its site in Schwäbisch Gmünd near Stuttgart. Originally focused on welding and assembly, the company evolved through smaller vacuum systems and tools for composite manufacturing and has positioned itself as a specialized partner for high-performance manufacturing. The metal division produces prototypes and small series for the automotive industry; the composite division develops, produces and distributes consumables, advanced materials, equipment and tools for the manufacture of high-performance composite components. The range of services includes welding, high-temperature insulation, water jet cutting as well as vacuum systems and tools for autoclave and oven curing, injection, and ultrasonic cutting and welding. The quality management system is certified to EN 9100:2018; customers come from aerospace, automotive, marine, wind energy, research, the glass industry and composite manufacturing.
