Villiger Security Solutions AG develops and manufactures security systems for cash and valuables: ink-protected transport cases (IBNS), ATM security cassettes, retail deposit systems such as Safe Cube and Minipayin, as well as Smart Tray solutions for cash management and automation. Founded in 1988 by Peter Villiger, who took over a Swiss company with four years of track record in security cash register systems, the company is regarded as a pioneer of ink-staining technology in the cash cycle. The product range comprises more than 200 items for almost 40 systems and is assembled in-house with 100 percent quality and functional testing of every module and end product; test results are fully recorded and traceable. Products are designed for a service life of over 10 years and are offered with a lifetime guarantee combined with preventive maintenance. Customers include cash-in-transit companies, banks, ATM operators and retail, among them Brink's Belgium and G4S Luxembourg; the systems are in use worldwide in more than 40 countries.
