About ACRYLICS
Vink König Deutschland GmbH operates an online shop for plastic sheets and a associated cutting service under the ACRYLICS brand. The company supplies sheets made of acrylic glass/PLEXIGLAS® (PMMA in XT and GS quality), polycarbonate/Makrolon® or Exolon®, aluminium composite panels, rigid PVC foam and HPL/Trespa® – individually or as precisely cut pieces according to customer specifications. Its own in-house manufacturing includes cutting to custom sizes, milling and lasering of free-form and complex shapes, engravings as well as the finishing of components in small and large series, also to drawing. Customers come from signage, furniture making, shopfitting and trade fair construction, lighting, vehicle engineering and the trades. Acrylic glass XT is manufactured to ISO 7823-2 and acrylic glass GS to ISO 7823-1; many sheets have food-contact approval and fire protection classifications under DIN 4102 (B1/B2) or DIN EN 13501. The processes are certified to ISO 9001:2015. Locations are the headquarters in Gilching (Bavaria) and the plant in Buchholz (Rhineland-Palatinate).

Acrylic glass / PLEXIGLAS® (PMMA)
Highly transparent, UV- and weather-resistant material for indoor and outdoor applications, available in XT (extruded, ISO 7823-2) and GS quality (cast, ISO 7823-1).
Acrylic glass GS (cast)
Low-stress, excellent surface quality, ideal for engravings as well as milling and laser work; temperature resistance -40 to +80 °C.
Polycarbonate / Makrolon® or Exolon®
Extremely shatterproof (approx. 250 times stronger than glass) and temperature-resistant up to +120 °C, available among others as Makrolon 099 GP and 2099 UV.
Aluminium composite panels
Robust and lightweight, for indoor and outdoor applications.
