About Vinmet
The VINMET Manufactory in Trebur (Hesse) is a sole proprietorship under the management of owner Christa Schmitt. The company produces aromatized wine-based beverages in its own production, boiled according to the VinMET Apriori process, which has been continuously developed since 1983, in small quantities. The basis is carefully selected wines (white wine, red wine, cuvées), young bee honey as well as herbs, blossoms, berries and roots from certified organic cultivation; without flavorings and preservatives and without added water. The range of approximately 18 products includes, among others, Mainzer Lehmänn'chen & Vital, Mainzer Römertrank, Kardinalströpfchen, Luthers-Reiseweg-Elixier, Hans Sachs Meistertrank, Gutenbergs Geheimnis as well as the Romana Trilogy (Canossa VinMET, NibelungenTrank, Original Wiesbadener Jungbrunnen). Bottling takes place in light-protected decorative bottles (0.2 to 0.75 l) with artistically designed labels applied by hand. The legend and info texts are copyrighted through the company's own Petit Verlag and available in up to nine languages.
