About Visotect
Visotect is a provider of custom, turnkey machine vision systems for industry – with and without artificial intelligence. The systems are mostly used as optical inspection systems for 100% quality control in automated or manual industrial manufacturing processes. Inspection covers, among other things, surface defects (using AI/deep learning), assembly errors and wrong type, completeness and correct color; in addition, highly accurate geometric measurement, part identification via codes, text recognition (OCR), robot guidance and 3D image processing are offered. Both individual parts and web-shaped materials are inspected. The software used is Neurocheck as well as the high-end library Halcon; for special applications, custom methods are programmed. The scope of services includes defining the requirements, preliminary tests, the selection of hardware and software (fixed-price quotations), assembly and commissioning, training with written operating and maintenance instructions, and support during regular production. Reference customers come from the automotive industry, medical technology, special machinery construction, the construction industry and from measuring instrument manufacturers.
