About Visplay
Visplay GmbH develops modular furnishing and interior systems for retail, office and commercial interiors. The portfolio includes shelving and structural systems (Qubo, Omnio, Kado), ceiling, wall and single-point support systems (Spatio, Multi-Lane, Invisible, Xero, Beam, Mono, Area, Grid) as well as displays. The systems combine high load capacity with low dimensions, can be quickly installed, extended and reconfigured; electricity is integrated directly into the structure, so that lighting and displays can be positioned flexibly. Construction is predominantly of steel (around 72% of material use, partly powder-coated), aluminium (approx. 13%) and zinc die casting (ZP0410, ZP0430) for precision connecting elements; supplemented by wood, glass and occasional plastics. Around 89.8% of the materials used are recyclable. Visplay supports brands and architects with custom solutions such as corporate colours, special surfaces and exclusive systems. Headquarters and showroom (Flow) are located on the Vitra Campus in Weil am Rhein; the company is part of the L&S Group.

Materials and Processes
Steel
Base material for load-bearing structures (approx. 72% of material use, partly with recycled content), powder-coated for durable surfaces.
Aluminium
For profiles and less heavily stressed components, in systems such as Invisible 6 and Multi-Lane with up to 80% recycled content.
Zinc die casting ZP0410
Alloy for millimetre-precise connecting elements, corner pieces and rails with high dimensional accuracy.
Zinc die casting ZP0430
Alloy for complex die-cast geometries as carrier or connecting modules, fully recyclable.
Wood
Used selectively for shelves and surfaces with premium tactile quality.
Glass
For clear, high-quality accents and visible components, fully recyclable.
Plastics
Only where technically necessary for smaller components, with separability in mind.

Quality and Certification
All processes are governed by an Integrated Management System certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Product safety is continuously monitored by external testing institutes (Intertek Germany, UL); electrified systems carry the CE marking.
