About VIULASE
VIULASE GmbH, based in Vienna, develops, produces and distributes devices and components in laser technology. At the center is the TENACITY, a diode-pumped femtosecond Ti:Sapphire laser with pulse durations below 20 fs and an electrical power consumption of less than 90 W. With a footprint of 420 × 255 mm and a height of 110 mm, the monolithic device is designed for compact integration into existing and portable applications. Built-in diagnostics continuously monitor operation and laser safety; microprocessors and electronics keep the output power stable against environmental fluctuations. The team has been active in ultrafast laser technology since 1998 and was involved in the development of the world's first turn-key sub-10-fs laser. The laser systems are used for applications in science and research, photonics and health/medicine; in addition to Austria, distribution is handled among others through exclusive partners in Northern Europe, France, Japan and India.

Technology & Processes
Femtosecond Ti:Sapphire laser technology
Diode-pumped ultrafast lasers with pulse durations below 20 fs for applications whose efficiency is based on nonlinear light interactions.
Dispersive mirrors
Eliminate even higher-order dispersion and enable clean pulses down to 15 fs without pedestal.
