Vlix Flower Company is a manufacturer of petrochemicals with a product portfolio in the fields of organic solvents, mineral oils, high-purity waxes and lubricating greases. The portfolio includes methanol, white oil (paraffin oil), white spirit, paraffin wax, emulsified paraffin wax, hard wax beads, medical and veterinary petroleum jelly, water-soluble cutting fluid, sugar-dissolving oil, mineral tree spray oil and gel fuel. Production takes place at plants in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: in Jeddah (low-aromatic organic solvents), in the Jubail industrial zone and in Dammam (white oil, refined paraffin wax, petroleum jelly). In 2010 a research and development laboratory was established; a patent exists for a water-gel fuel. The German branch of Vlix Flowers GmbH, based in Maulburg (Baden-Württemberg), serves as a hub between the Arab countries and the EU and, in addition to sales, offers environmental consulting and project development for petrochemical products. Customers include companies in the chemical and petrochemical industries, the cosmetics and medical sectors, paints and coatings, as well as the paper and wood-based materials industries.

Methanol
Colorless, water-soluble liquid (99 % concentration) used as a base material for the production of industrial products such as formaldehyde, acetic acid and fuel blends.
White Oil (Paraffin Oil)
High-purity, transparent product available in various viscosity grades depending on customer requirements.
White Spirit
Solvent for the paints and thinners industry as well as a feedstock for organic solvents.
Paraffin Wax
Products with different melting points and oil contents (< 0.5 %) for medical and industrial applications.
Emulsified Paraffin Wax
Used in the production of paper, cardboard and wood insulation boards as well as for moisture regulation of fruit.
Hard Wax Beads
Hair removal wax with antioxidants for cosmetic applications.
Petroleum Jelly (Vaseline)
Medical and veterinary grades, partly enriched with active ingredients such as iodine and sulfur.
Water-Soluble Cutting Fluid
Mineral-oil-based cutting oil that forms a milky emulsion with water and serves as a coolant lubricant.

Gel Fuel
