About VOGEL-BAUER
VOGEL-BAUER Edelstahl GmbH is a family-owned stainless steel service center founded in Solingen in 1945, with around 70 employees. Its core competence is the custom contract processing of flat products made of rust-, acid- and heat-resistant stainless steel grades: slitting of cold-rolled wide strip into slit strip (lengthwise cutting) as well as blanks and plates (cross cutting) on slitting and cut-to-length lines and on sheet and circle shears. In addition, the company offers surface treatment (including brushing of 2B, 2R and 2G/J surfaces), edge processing as well as film application and coating with protective films. Acting as an intermediary between producing mills and the processing industry, the company selects the raw material with regard to quality and supplies industries such as automotive (including trim strips, exhaust systems), household appliances, construction/architecture, sanitary and medical technology, apparatus and vessel construction as well as food technology. The quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001; IATF 16949 requirements are met by agreement.
