About VOLTFACTORY®
VOLTFACTORY (formerly Miba Battery Systems) develops and produces customized and standardized battery packs for low- and high-voltage applications from 48 to 800 volts as well as energy storage systems based on cylindrical cells. The company relies on state-of-the-art cell technology from the automotive industry that has already proven itself in series-production vehicles. As the first provider worldwide, VOLTFACTORY has developed an innovative cell contacting technology that enables efficient welding of cylindrical cells. The portfolio is complemented by the FLEXCOOLER® as a lightweight battery cooler; from 2026, the FLEXCOOLER® will be used in a sports car from a European OEM. Applications include automobiles, off-highway working machines, motorcycles, boats, drones, and stationary energy storage systems for home and industrial use. Production takes place at VOLTFACTORY#01 in Austria, which according to the company is the country's technologically leading battery production facility.
