About Volvo CE DACH
Volvo Construction Equipment is part of the Volvo Group and sells construction machinery, services and support for safe, efficient and productive operations in the Germany–Austria–Switzerland region. The product portfolio comprises crawler and mobile excavators, compact excavators, wheel loaders, articulated and rigid dumpers, material handlers as well as attachments and spare parts. Since 2019, Volvo CE has offered commercial electric construction machines; the electric range includes excavators, wheel loaders, dumpers, material handlers and rollers with zero operating emissions and low noise levels, complemented by charging equipment such as the mobile charging unit PU500. Through its team for specific application solutions, customer-specific machine solutions have been implemented on proven Volvo platforms since 2013. Target industries include quarrying and material handling, civil engineering and earthmoving, utilities and energy, recycling, demolition, mining and wood handling. Customers such as Ragn-Sells, Wasa Akarn, the Eden Project and Siemens use electric Volvo machines.
