About us
Volz GmbH PUR-KUNSTSTOFFE is a plastics processor specializing in polyurethane processing, headquartered in Balingen-Frommern (Baden-Württemberg). The company produces components and moulded parts made of integral rigid foam, flexible and semi-rigid integral foam as well as rigid foam and insulation foam, in addition to sandwich parts and components manufactured by the RIM process (Reaction Injection Moulding). Its production thus covers the entire process chain from reaction casting to the finished PU moulded part. Customers include companies in aerospace, the automotive and commercial vehicle industries, construction, laboratory technology and medicine, as well as the furniture industry. Volz GmbH is a family-owned company and describes itself with the guiding principle "We bring polyurethane into shape". Process quality is demonstrated by a quality management system certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
