About vom Hagen & Funke
vom Hagen & Funke GmbH (vHF) has been developing and manufacturing specialized machinery and complete production lines for the cable, wire, and plastics industry since 1960. The portfolio includes individual machines such as payoff and take-up systems with reel diameters up to 3,150 mm, single-twist stranding lines, rewinding systems, handling systems for electron beam crosslinking of extruded products, and the cable drying system KTR 140 for cable diameters 100–135 mm. The engineering is based on more than five decades of experience; the majority of all machined components are produced in the company's own mechanical manufacturing facility. Design and production are carried out entirely with in-house employees at the headquarters in Sprockhövel. In addition to individual machines, vHF also delivers complete plants, among others for the plastic pipe industry, and integrates industrial robots into winding lines. Service and support accompany the plants throughout their life cycle.
