voraus robotik develops an industrial software platform: a vendor-independent layer for developing, simulating, testing, deploying and controlling robots and complete production lines in real time. The development environment is based on Python and Rust, complemented by simulation and digital twin, deterministic real-time control (motion control) and AI integration. The platform runs on standard hardware and controls systems of different brands, reducing vendor lock-in. Deployment takes place securely Over-the-Air to individual lines or thousands of devices simultaneously. The solution is used by machine builders and system integrators, technology providers and OEMs, robot manufacturers, control system suppliers and manufacturing companies – from brownfield modernization of existing systems to greenfield planning of complete lines before their physical build-up. The company was founded in 2022 in Hanover and supports customers from analysis through proof of concept to rollout with knowledge transfer.
