VPT Drucklufttechnik GmbH & Co KG from Wuppertal is a specialized plant and system partner for compressed air generation, compressed air treatment and compressed air supply. The company plans and installs turnkey compressed air stations and, as an authorized KAESER sales and service partner, offers the complete product range of screw and piston compressors, refrigeration and adsorption dryers, filter systems, compressed air tanks, blowers, vacuum screw units and nitrogen generators. The range of services also includes heat recovery, profitability and energy cost analyses, compressed air contracting, leasing and financing as well as inspections in accordance with BetrSichV and DGUV for pressure vessels. A 24-hour service 365 days a year ensures maintenance and repair of all well-known brands. Via an accessories e-shop with around 300,000 items from pneumatics, hydraulics and industrial supplies, valves, fittings, gauges and stainless steel components are delivered from stock. The delivery and service area extends to approximately 150 km around Wuppertal, with customers from industry, trade, commerce, construction, packaging machinery and dental laboratories.

Achieving pressure dew points down to -70 °C for sensitive processes.
Heat recovery

Networked control SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0 for energy-saving control and management of up to 16 compressors.
Rotary lobe and screw blowers
Volume flows of 1.5 to 160 m³/min with gauge pressures up to 1100 mbar.
Vacuum screw units
Rough vacuum down to 10 mbar (abs.) for dust extraction, packaging machinery and drying.
