Materials and Processes
Aluminium (profile rails, anodized clamps)
Profile rails and anodized mid and end clamps form the load-bearing structure of the mounting system.
Plastic (clip for hammer-head bolts, standing seam clamps)
A specially developed plastic clip positions the hammer-head bolt at a 90° angle to the profile rail at all times.
Sheet steel (RAL-coated)
Tile replacement plates made of coated sheet steel in natural red RAL 8004 and anthracite RAL 7016.
Anodizing
Mid and end clamps are anodized for corrosion-resistant surfaces.
RAL coating (powder coating)
Tile replacement plates are coated in RAL colors to visually match the roof covering.
