VTA Verfahrenstechnische Anlagen GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Niederwinkling, is a thermal process engineering company that is fully part of the STREICHER Group. The company develops, manufactures and installs plants and components for distillation, reaction and drying – from laboratory and pilot plants through package units to skid-mounted industrial plants with evaporation areas of 0.01 to 80 m² and operating temperatures up to 400 °C. Products manufactured include thin-film evaporators, short-path evaporators, horizontal thin-film evaporators, thin-film dryers as well as glass-lined versions for highly corrosive products. For corrosive and metal-active substances, enamel and corrosion-resistant non-metallic materials are used. VTA plants are used for purification, concentration, removal of light ends, color reduction and drying of products in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, petrochemical, polymer, fragrance and flavor industries as well as recycling. Services offered include contract distillation, pastillation as well as laboratory and pilot trials in the company's own Test Center. More than 150 employees combine engineering, manufacturing and assembly at the Niederwinkling site.

Glass-Lined Evaporators
Enamel-coated internal parts and corrosion-resistant non-metallic materials for highly corrosive products, metal-active substances and applications with sterility requirements.
Thin-Film Evaporators (Wiped Film)
Continuous vacuum distillation with a rotating wiping system for highly viscous and high-boiling products down to 1 mbar.
Short-Path Evaporators
Internal condenser with a short product path for gentle distillation of temperature-sensitive products down to 0.001 mbar.
Horizontal Thin-Film Evaporators
Variable residence time, suitable for continuous reactions and reactive distillation under vacuum.
