Vulktrans Förder- und Verschleißschutzservice GmbH, based in Wörrstadt, has been a service partner for conveying technology for over 40 years, operating without regional restrictions, with a focus on Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, northern Baden and Lower Franconia. The company supplies and installs conveyor belts, conveyor system accessories and wear protection, and carries out endless splicing of conveyor belts using cold and hot vulcanization methods as well as with mechanical fasteners. Further services include the repair of conveyor belt damage, the replacement of belt scrapers, side guides and carrier rollers, as well as the lining and rubber lining of hoppers, silos, bunkers, chutes, screen pans and impact walls. Drums, rollers and wheels are covered with wear-protection rubber or polyurethane – either in the company's own workshop in Wörrstadt or on site at the customer's premises. A 24-hour installation service, including weekends and public holidays, minimizes downtime.
