W. Knierim & Co. Mineralölhandel GmbH is a family-run SME founded in 1908 by Heinrich Knierim, headquartered in Kaufungen near Kassel. Since the 1950s, the company has operated its own filling stations and supplies station partners with fuels, refuelling technology and service know-how. The station network stretches from Hesse to Thuringia and comprises AGIP (ENI) branded stations as well as independent stations under the company's own WK_Tank brand. In addition to petrol and diesel, the locations offer AdBlue, lubricants, autogas (LPG), e-charging and services such as car wash, workshop, shop, bistro and bakery. For commercial fleets, the company provides the WK_Tank card and also accepts fleet cards from DKV, UTA and Multicard/Routex. The GmbH is managed by Managing Director Claudia Haghani; today the 3rd and 4th generation jointly run the company.
