W&S Betonfertigteile GmbH, headquartered in Neumarkt-Sankt Veit, specializes in the planning, production and nationwide delivery of concrete precast elements. The product range includes stairs, spiral staircases, balconies, loggias, columns, walls, parapets, canopies, beams and custom parts, which are produced with various integrated fittings and, according to customer requirements, different surface finishes – including exposed concrete classes and sandblasted surfaces. Served sectors are residential, industrial and public construction; customers include private individuals, large construction companies and public clients. The in-house engineering office prepares formwork drawings with fitting lists, reinforcement drawings and steel lists and provides consulting on planning and execution. Production takes place at a certified precast concrete plant with internal monitoring and external monitoring by PÜZ BAU München. Reference projects include locations in Munich, Nuremberg, Erlangen and Regensburg.

Concrete (precast elements)
Base material of all precast elements such as stairs, balconies, columns, walls and parapets in various grades and exposed concrete classes.
Reinforcing steel
Reinforcement of the precast elements; the engineering department prepares reinforcement drawings and detailed steel lists for this purpose.
Stainless steel
Used as tread protection, for example on the sandblasted outdoor stairs of the Explorer Hotel.
Exposed concrete production
Production of the precast elements in defined exposed concrete classes for visible structural components.
Sandblasted surface
Surface finishing of precast elements, for example on stairs and landings with stainless steel tread protection.
