About us
W+W Holzelementbau Nordbaden GmbH was founded in 2017 by Christoph Waterstraat and Laszlo Wilmes in Linkenheim-Hochstetten and plans, manufactures and installs factory-prefabricated wall, ceiling and roof elements for construction projects in timber frame and timber panel construction. The company specialises in turnkey shell construction, including the airtight and weatherproof building envelope, the installation of windows and the waterproofing of roof surfaces. The wall surfaces are prepared inside and out so that plastering can begin immediately. Since mid-2019, structural engineering for timber and solid construction projects — covering structural analysis, design, thermal insulation and sound insulation — has additionally been offered in the company's own production hall. Insulation materials used include softwood fibre insulation from sustainable forestry. The service offering is aimed primarily at property developers, commercial customers and architects, with projects ranging from multi-storey residential construction and social and student housing to office and commercial buildings, roof extensions and annexes.
