About us
Wagener Systems GmbH is a German service provider based in Wunstorf near Hanover that gives European customers access to manufacturing in Asia. Through the exclusive partnership with Advanced ID Asia Engineering Co., Ltd. (AAE) in Chiang Mai, Thailand, founded in 2003 by three German engineers, it offers cable assembly, module manufacturing combining mechanics and electronics, PCB assembly as well as plastic injection molding. The focus is on labor-intensive projects starting from quantities of about 1,000. In the field of injection molding, the Macromelt® low-pressure low-temperature process is a core topic, processed with in-house developed machines and predominantly in-house manufactured injection molds. The partner company manufactures to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and works with fully automatic cut-and-strip machines, semi-automatic crimping machines, a solder bath, a twisting machine and fully automatic placement machines. Wagener Systems provides consulting in the development phase, handles all communication with the partner, carries out worldwide component sourcing, and delivers from Thailand through the German company under German law.

Hot melt adhesive based on renewable raw materials for use from -40 °C to 140 °C, good adhesion on polar plastics, e.g. for special connectors, sensor encapsulation and strain reliefs.
