Wagner Shredder GmbH (WAGNER Maschinenbau GmbH) is a family business founded in 1977 by Gerhard Wagner, headquartered in Neuhaus am Klausenbach in Burgenland, Austria. Its specialisation is the design and production of shredders and recycling machinery: single-shaft shredders of the ProCut and WS series, twin-shaft shredders under the ProShred brand, PET perforators for slitting PET bottles, tyre separators of the WRD series as well as bale breakers. In addition, custom special solutions are produced, such as gas-tight shredders, special machines for hospital waste or circuit board depopulation systems. Consulting, planning, development, design, manufacturing and turnkey handover come from a single source, complemented by after-sales service and the sale of inspected used machines. The machines shred paper, plastics, electrical cables and electronic scrap, textiles, wood as well as other materials such as glass, sheet metal and chips. Through a worldwide network of sales partners, the company is represented on all continents; its technologies have been awarded the Innovation Prize of the State of Burgenland and of the Economic Chamber several times.
