About Waldstadt-Braumanufaktur
The Waldstadt-Braumanufaktur is a small private brewery in Iserlohn's Grüner Tal. The company brews its beer artisanally rather than industrially, focusing on fixed core-range beers such as the Kellerpils Legende 1901, the pale Iserlaune and the Amber Lager Höhlengold. In addition, the brewery regularly releases small special batches, including the Backenstreich Bock beer, the Waldstadt Irish Ale Rotfuchs, the Verdant IPA Hyper Downhill and a Hefeweizen. The beers are made with selected malt and hop varieties from Germany and the USA, including Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Tettnanger and Spalter Select as well as aroma hop varieties such as Simcoe, Citra and Callista. In addition to production and on-site sales at the Haus Gerdes building (Düsingstraße 65), the company offers brewery tours and tasting evenings. The brewery is currently in a restructuring phase of its production and sales facilities with a change of its product range.
