Walter Beyert GmbH is a family-owned company in Hennef (Sieg) that has been manufacturing chemical piping and pipe systems made of reinforced plastics since 1964. The product range includes GRP composite pipes to DIN 16965/66 and WN 1577-22 (pipe type B) with thermoplastic liners as well as fittings such as flanges, blind flanges, fixed flanges, tees, elbows, reducers and nozzles in DN 15 to 300. Production takes place exclusively at the company's own site in Germany using processes such as sawing, turning, milling, laminating, plastic welding and joining. Materials used include GRP as well as PVC-C, PVC-U, PVC Dekadur +, PE-HD, PE-EL, PP-H, PP-R, PP2222, PP's-EL, PVDF in several variants and V4A stainless steel; resins used are vinyl ester resins such as Palatal A430 and Derakane 470-300. The pipe systems are designed for aggressive media and high pressure loads. Customers come from the chemical, energy and pharmaceutical industries as well as plant engineering.

Quality
Every component undergoes a visual inspection and dimensional check before delivery; in addition, random-sample tests using own measuring and testing machines safeguard quality. Upon request, a pressure test can be performed and works certificates issued.
