Walter Finkbeiner GmbH, headquartered in Freudenstadt in the Northern Black Forest, is a medium-sized family business that has been developing and manufacturing vehicle lifting platforms since 1967. The product portfolio includes mobile 2-post lifting platforms (FHB), stationary 2-post lifting platforms (TPL), mobile hydraulic wheel-grabber lifting platforms (EHB), stationary running-rail lifting platforms (HDS) with load capacities up to 50 t, as well as mobile lifting jacks for rail vehicles (EHB-K) and mobile workshop equipment such as support stands and wheel assembly trolleys. The lifting systems made of structural steel are produced in-house at the company headquarters; special versions are hot-dip galvanized for use in wash halls and outdoors, and other surfaces are powder-coated. The systems are used for the maintenance of cars, vans, trucks, buses, motor homes, military and special vehicles, agricultural and industrial trucks, airport and rail vehicles. Every lifting platform undergoes a complete final inspection before delivery; services include installation, training, UVV inspections in accordance with DGUV Principle 308-002, as well as spare parts and repairs via a worldwide sales and service network.
