WATER WAY Engineering GmbH from Moers is a specialised supplier of stainless steel fluid technology components. The focus is on flexible stainless steel spiral tubing, corrugated tubing and corrugated hoses made of V4A material 1.4404/AISI 316L, which are longitudinally welded and stress-relief annealed. The product range also includes heat exchangers (storage and safety heat exchangers), flexible connections such as storage connectors, collector connectors and circulation lines, pre-insulated piping systems for solar and heat pump connections as well as corresponding threaded fittings and accessories. A central business area is OEM manufacturing, in which products are developed to match pressure, temperature, medium, material, dimension and packaging and manufactured from small to large series; delivery is carried out on request "ready to install" with installation aids. Pipe lengths are supplied custom-configured to customer requirements, and for solar and heat pump applications there are Twinway-/Oneway systems with elastomer insulation and integrated silicone control cable. Customers are industry and wholesale from the fields of solar technology, heat pump and heating technology, heat exchanger construction, boiler and stove technology as well as steam and cold/hot water applications. Through cooperations with institutes of welding, materials and process engineering, the products are continuously further developed.
