WAWI-Euro GmbH, based in Pirmasens (Rhineland-Palatinate), is a manufacturer of chocolate specialties. Its best-known product is chocolate rice made from particularly gently roasted rice and extra-light fine milk chocolate; the range also includes chocolate cloud puffs with airy-light wheat puffs, chocolate bars, snack bars, minis and seasonal chocolate figures for Christmas and Easter. Part of the production takes place in the so-called Glass Production facility in Pirmasens, where chocolate figures are made by hand and are visible to visitors. At the Unterer Sommerwaldweg site in Pirmasens, the company also operates the WAWI Chocolate World with a cafeteria, chocolate museum, adventure tour and factory outlet. In addition to brick-and-mortar retail, distribution channels include its own online shop and the factory outlet. The company is registered with the local court of Zweibrücken under HRB 23351.
