About wb form
wb form AG, based in Zurich, is a sister company of the traditional firm wohnbedarf and produces and distributes re-editions as well as classic and contemporary furniture worldwide. The company also develops its own design products and, in 1958, as the wholesale division of wohnbedarf, licensed Knoll International office furniture for Switzerland. The collection includes, among others, the Max Bill furniture with the Ulmer Hocker, the Kreuzzargenstuhl chair and the Quadratrundtisch table, the Carta Collection by Shigeru Ban made from recyclable materials, the UPW collection by Ulrich P. Wieser, the Lido chaise longue by Battista and Gino Giudici, and the Wolkenlampe cloud lamp by Susi Berger-Wyss and Ueli Berger. Products are made predominantly from solid wood and plywood; the provenance of the woods is disclosed in a solid wood declaration. Customers come from furniture retail, gastronomy, hospitality, office and interior design; reference projects include the Kunsthaus restaurant in Zurich, the Tamedia lounge and the Hospitalkirche in Stuttgart.
