About us
WDW Waagen- und Dosiertechnik GmbH, based in Vechta-Calveslage, has been developing and manufacturing solutions for the weighing, dosing and sampling of bulk solids since 1995. The product portfolio includes differential weighing systems, dosing systems, bagging systems for pouches, sacks and big bags, sampling and sample filling systems, as well as special machinery and fixture construction including control system construction. In addition to standard products, customer-specific systems and prototypes are produced to individual requirement profiles, including integration into existing or future process control systems. Manufacturing is carried out in-house from mild steel and stainless steel, supplemented by design at CAD-supported 3D workstations. The systems are used primarily in the feed, food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The company also offers calibration, verification support, conformity assessment of non-automatic weighing instruments in accordance with Directive 2014/31/EU, as well as maintenance, servicing and repair of systems, including third-party products. The range of services is covered by designers, fitters, electricians, programmers and welders.
