we3 witte elektrotechnik gmbh is an owner-managed family company based in Bentwisch near Rostock that manufactures electrical, switchgear and control technology from development through to delivery. Its range of services includes control cabinet construction from small terminal boxes to multi-cubicle switchgear systems, cable assembly from one-off pieces and special custom designs to complex wiring harnesses in larger volumes, as well as engineering services such as drawing circuit diagrams and the development of electrical, switchgear and control technology. This is complemented by project management, testing and functional testing before delivery, and logistics. Core industries are shipbuilding, yacht and boat building, maritime industries, water and wastewater technology, automation technology, and mechanical and plant engineering. Skilled workers, technicians and business professionals work with integrated IT; together with the IHK Rostock and the technical vocational school, the company trains young talent.
