About WEBAC
WEBAC-Chemie GmbH is an independent family-owned company in the construction chemicals sector that has been developing, producing and distributing special products for the maintenance and protection of structures since 1978. The portfolio comprises more than 80 products and injection systems, including polyurethane and epoxy resins, acrylate gels, silicate resins, cement-based hybrid injection systems, bitumen-acrylate dispersions as well as swelling strips, injection packers, injection hoses and a broad range of injection pumps. Production takes place exclusively at the company's own plant in Barsbüttel near Hamburg. Fields of application include masonry and surface sealing, curtain injection, crack injection, joint and construction joint sealing, structural and soil consolidation, rock stabilization, cavity filling, face and shield injection in tunnel construction as well as preservation of historical monuments and sewer rehabilitation. WEBAC products are used in more than 50 countries, including tunnel construction, mining, dam construction and special civil engineering. Distribution is handled through international distribution partners, complemented by technical consulting, seminars and a specification service.

Materials & Processes
Polyurethane injection resins
Used for crack, excavation pit and soil injection as well as cavity filling; processed as 1K or 2K systems.
Epoxy resin (EP injection resins)
Low-viscosity, force-transmitting crack filling for crack widths greater than 0.1 mm with good penetration.
Acrylate gels
Aqueous 3K injection materials with viscosity below 10 mPa·s for curtain injection, joint sealing and surface sealing.
Silicate resins / silicate injection solutions
Non-foaming consolidation systems for soil, rock and masonry; partly approved for mining, cuttable and planable.
Hybrid injection system (cement + polyurethane)
Reactive resin additive for fast-setting, sealing cement injections, also underwater, with building authority approval.
Bitumen-acrylate dispersion
Thin-layer, diffusion-open surface sealing against pressurized water, especially for monument preservation.
Bentonite (swelling strip)
Swellable joint insert for sealing construction joints and pipe penetrations.
Stainless steel (injection packers)
Highly pressure- and corrosion-resistant filling ports as connection between pump and structural component.
Aluminium (injection packers)
Lightweight packer variant for component-appropriate injection.
Galvanized steel (fixing grid)
U-shaped expanded metal grid for fixing bentonite swelling strips.
