Weber Betonwerk is a medium-sized manufacturer of precast concrete elements and semi-finished products based in Ippesheim (Bavaria). The company has been active in the production of concrete elements for over 60 years. The product portfolio includes precast elements such as solid walls, solid slabs, sandwich walls, precast balconies, staircase systems, columns, beams, frost aprons and special components as well as semi-finished products such as double walls and element floors, also with integrated heating. Value creation takes place largely in-house: an in-house formwork construction department with CNC-supported 3D processing of project plans, an own rebar shop for cutting, bending and placing the reinforcement, as well as its own mixing technology and production lines for concrete production under continuous testing processes. More than 60 trained professionals work in production. Customers are construction companies from industrial and commercial construction, public building construction, residential construction and agriculture; delivery to the construction site is carried out just-in-time with an own vehicle fleet.
