About Weber Elektronik
Weber Elektronik GmbH in Thale/Harz is a partner for the manufacture of inductive components, switched-mode power supply components and electronic wound products. The product portfolio includes transformers for telecommunications and audio technology, power transformers, medium-frequency transformers and chokes, as well as the assembly and finishing of complete modules and power units. Production is carried out on a custom basis as prototypes, pilot series and series, in both SMD and through-hole designs. The core materials used are ferrites, magnetic powder materials, amorphous metals and nickel-iron materials; the windings consist of round and flat wires, high-frequency litz wires and soft copper strips made of copper and aluminium. Finishing and testing processes include vacuum impregnation, vacuum potting, safety testing in accordance with EN60950 or EN60065, and high-voltage testing up to 10 kV. The components find applications, among others, in telecommunications, medical technology, consumer electronics, aerospace, photovoltaics and industrial power supplies.
