About Weber Fibertech
WEBER FIBERTECH GmbH, based in Markdorf on Lake Constance, develops and produces long- and continuous-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic parts. Based on the D-LFT process in combination with organosheet laminates, UD tapes or tape fabrics with glass or carbon fibers, medium-sized and large-area components up to 2 m² are manufactured; in addition, the in-house developed and patent-protected E-LFT process is used. Large-scale series production with over one million manufactured parts has been realized in a fully automated production line with integrated compounding. The range of services extends from feasibility studies, topology optimization, FE analysis and toolmaking through near-series prototypes and component testing to series production in small to high volumes. Customers include the automotive, aerospace, construction and transport sectors, mechanical engineering, electrical appliances, engine manufacturing, agricultural technology and renewable energy systems; since 2023, the company has also been supplying the bicycle industry with the material FIBRIT® (Fi.Bi.Tec).

Process for the production of medium-sized and large-area plastic parts with glass or carbon fibers.
Continuous-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic (E-LFT)
In-house developed, patent-protected process for very lightweight components with high strength and stiffness.
Organosheet laminates
Semi-finished products processed in combination with D-LFT for structural lightweight components.
UD tapes and tape fabrics
Unidirectional semi-finished products for targeted orientation of fiber strength within the component.
Glass fibers
Reinforcement fibers for cost-effective, strong thermoplastic structural components.
Carbon fibers
Reinforcement fibers for maximum stiffness at low weight.
FIBRIT®
In-house developed material for thermoplastic bicycle frames of the Fi.Bi.Tec brand.
Thermoplastic honeycomb cores
Core materials processed since 2025 to expand the lightweight construction portfolio.
