About WEDA Industrielösungen
WEDA Industrielösungen GmbH has been developing and manufacturing customised special-purpose machines, jigs and fixtures, assemblies and prototypes for industrial applications in Reutlingen since 1969. What began as a business with cutting machines for sewing machines has grown into a broad range of services: textile technology such as guillotines, thread chain cutters and cutting systems for nonwovens, textiles, paper and filter materials, special-purpose machine building including 3D-CAD design, manufacturing and commissioning, as well as pneumatic and electronic control technology. The company's own in-house manufacturing depth includes CNC milling, turning, grinding, Trovalizing, 3D printing – on request with glass fibre, carbon, Kevlar or HSHT glass fibre reinforcement – as well as 3D scanning for reverse engineering and spare part reproduction. As an official SMC sales partner since 1995, the company also offers pneumatic components, assembly of sub-assemblies and compressed air savings consulting. Its customers range from craft businesses to international textile producers in Europe, the USA, Africa and Asia.
