Wedershoven Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH of Tönisvorst was active for more than three decades as a service company specializing in machine tools. Its range of services included the overhauling, repair and modernization of machines, their commissioning and maintenance, as well as trading in new and used machines. In addition, the company took on agency representation and manufactured spare parts. After almost 40 years of working with customers and partners, operations were discontinued as of 31.12.2020; the company was placed into liquidation in 2021 and deleted from the commercial register on 02.04.2024. Since then, Messsysteme Sprung in Gelsenkirchen has been active as the successor partner for the service and sales of measuring systems (including Acu-Rite, Anilam, RSF, Fagor, Heidenhain). The site was located at Benrader Straße 50 in Tönisvorst, Local Court Krefeld.
