About wedi

wedi GmbH, headquartered in Emsdetten (North Rhine-Westphalia), develops and manufactures system solutions for 100 % waterproof bathrooms. The core product is the Fundo series: floor elements with integrated slope and drain, CNC-milled at the factory – based on the waterproof wedi building board with an XPS core. The product range includes building boards (including wedi Preline 30 mm), design surfaces, a design line with bathtubs, washbasins, benches and shower areas, as well as custom-made solutions for wellness and steam baths. The products are aimed at tradespeople, construction contractors, architects, engineers and the HVAC/plumbing (SHK/VVS) sector; documented reference projects include the Copenhagen Marriott and Grand Joanne hotels in Copenhagen as well as cooperation with Davidsen and Unidrain. Distribution covers Europe and North America; for Scandinavia there is a branch office in Farum (Denmark) with a local team. In addition, wedi offers construction drawings, fire documentation, on-site support, measuring service and 3D visualization with the online tool Spark Blueprint.
