About Wefapress
Wefapress Beck + Co. GmbH is an owner-managed traditional company from Vreden (Westmünsterland) and has been producing thermoplastic semi-finished products made from engineering plastics in-house since 1895. The product range includes sheets, round rods, profiles and custom cuttings made from materials such as PE-UHMW (UHMWPE / PE 1000), PE-HMW, POM, PA, PET and PTFE. From these semi-finished products, the company manufactures milled and turned finished parts to drawing – from one-offs to series production – for mechanical and plant engineering and the food industry. In addition, Wefapress offers plastic profiles and guides, including chain guides, belt guides, steel C-profiles and custom special profiles, as well as application consulting for material selection according to criteria such as wear resistance, sliding properties and hygiene. On a total area of 31,000 m² with production and storage capacities, the company employs more than 135 staff and supplies industries such as conveying and bulk materials handling, agriculture and the chemical industry, beverage and filling technology, port and fender construction, as well as the paper and packaging industries.
