Wehn Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH is a specialist operating throughout Europe in pump and drive technology for cryogenics. The company plans, develops and produces cryogenic pump systems with hydraulic or electric drives for transferring deeply cryogenically liquefied gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, argon, CO2, ethylene, LNG and hydrogen from transport containers into customer containers. The system manufacturing range includes complete pump units from renowned pump manufacturers, matching drive systems (including the hydraulic high-performance system HPT up to 380 bar operating pressure as well as the electric systems EPT4 and ECPS4), mounting and attachment components, sensors, and control and drive technology. Core competencies are programming, mobile control unit construction with CAN bus, in-house development of assemblies and control unit software, as well as special and small-batch production. Through its sister company Wehn kryoplus GmbH, Wehn offers maintenance, upkeep, retrofit, spare parts distribution and service for Cryostar and Sefco cryogenic pumps. Customers come from the gas industry, dangerous goods transport, LNG and hydrogen logistics, as well as the steel, glass, food, medical and chemical industries. The location is Haiger in Hesse.
