About Weider Wärmepumpen

Weider Wärmepumpen GmbH develops and manufactures heat pumps at its headquarters in Hard on Lake Constance, Austria. Since 1977, customised solutions for heating, cooling and domestic hot water have been created there. The portfolio includes brine-to-water heat pumps (borehole probes, flat collectors, ground-source energy baskets, ring trench collectors), water-to-water heat pumps using groundwater, and air-to-water heat pumps. The units feature a modular design in which individual components such as the control unit or compressor insert can be exchanged. A COP of 6.2 is stated for the groundwater heat pumps; the units achieve energy efficiency classes up to A+++. Areas of application are single- and multi-family homes, commercial buildings and renovations in both new-build and existing-building segments. In 2023, the geoAir® comfort ventilation technology was presented. The values are operated via the weiTrona control system with the weiRemote and weiCloud apps; training and service offerings are available for sales partners.
