Weingut Rollsdorfer Mühle

About the winery

The Rollsdorfer Mühle winery is located in Seeburg-Rollsdorf in the lake district of Mansfelder Land, at the foot of the vineyards of the Mansfelder Seen region, which belongs to the Saale-Unstrut area. Seven white and five red grape varieties ripen on 4.5 hectares of vineyards; only healthy grape material is harvested and processed by hand. The listed building of the former Rollsdorfer Mill was first documented in 1472, converted into a residential house in the 1960s and completely renovated in recent years. In addition to selling wine via a webshop, the winery offers wine tastings in the historic red sandstone vaulted cellar or on the vineyard terrace, vineyard walks with cellar tours, events such as readings, wine spring and the Hofschoppen festival, as well as a 50 m² holiday apartment. The owner is Carmen Lenke.
