About us
Weinkellerei Adam Trautwein GmbH & Co. KG is a fourth-generation family-run company headquartered in Lonsheim (Rheinhessen). From the viticultural business of founder Adam Trautwein in 1909, a corporate group centred on the product wine evolved. The company supplies bulk wine of all quality levels from Germany and Hungary, sparkling wine base wine, organic wine, German grape juice as well as non-alcoholic and low-alcohol wine. In addition, it offers contract bottling through its subsidiary Füll Gut GmbH, contract de-alcoholisation from 2,000 litres using vacuum rectification, unlabelled stock goods, trade and private labels as well as quality projects with producer cooperatives. With a storage capacity of 64 million litres and a grape processing volume of 25 million kilograms per year, Trautwein serves B2B customers from the wine trade, beverage industry and food retail. Further facilities are located in Westhofen, Meddersheim (Nahe) and Hajós (Hungary); its own tanker haulage company (Rösch GmbH, 22 tank trucks) ensures logistics.
