About Weiss Apparatebau
Weiss Apparatebau is a fabrication company based in Hohenhameln near Hildesheim, specialized in stainless steel. The company manufactures pressure vessels, piping systems, sterilization technology components and customer-specific custom constructions to drawing – entirely from stainless steel and, on request, from Hastelloy. Production is fully self-sufficient in-house: the machine park comprises CNC milling machines, lathes, a plasma cutting system for sheet thicknesses up to 50 mm and a submerged arc welding system. This keeps welded construction and mechanical finishing free of supplier interfaces, which shortens lead times and secures quality. The team combines over 25 years of experience in apparatus, vessel and piping construction. Customers come primarily from the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, where high hygiene and documentation requirements apply. The production is certified according to AD 2000 HP0 and DIN EN ISO 3834-2, including CE pressure acceptance (Module A2) and restamping authorization in accordance with AD 2000 & ISO. More than 100 stainless steel constructions are produced each year.
