About Weiß-Kabeltechnik
Since 1985, Weiß-Kabeltechnik GmbH has manufactured custom cable assemblies and components for electrical engineering at its Wittmund location. The portfolio covers the entire cable assembly process from design through prototyping to series production as well as ready-to-install module groups such as instrument panels, control modules and control consoles. Materials processed include stranded wires, wires, round and flat cables as well as fiber optic POF lines, corrugated tubes and protective hoses. Contacting is performed on semi- and fully automatic machines for all cross-sections, complemented by printing using the inkjet hot-stamping process and ultrasonic welding for cable connections up to 30 mm². The company supplies industries such as shipbuilding, agricultural and construction machinery, wind power, photovoltaics, medical technology, automation and rail-bound transport. Quantities from 1 to 10,000 are possible, with cable assemblies up to a length of 30 meters. The production area covers approximately 1700 m².
