weiss Präzisionstechnik is a manufacturer of precision turned parts founded in 1952 by Josef Weiss in Deilingen, known under the short name JOWEDE. The product range includes CNC form and long turned parts with diameters from 3 to 42 mm, rolled trapezoidal lead screws with matching nuts from Tr4 to Tr32, square and acme lead screws, telescopic and hollow spindles, axles, shafts, bolts, steel anchors, grip elements and set screws to drawing. In addition, nuts made of POM and PA are produced, also tribologically optimized and suitable for temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C. All suitable metallic materials are processed, in particular steel, aluminium, hard-to-machine stainless steels and high-alloy materials. Services offered include electroplating surface treatment, coating and screw locking, heat treatment, grinding, polishing, assembly of assemblies and 100% inspection. Customers come from the automotive and accessories industry, the building and furniture fittings industry, mechanical and apparatus engineering, the electrical industry, metal construction, telecommunications as well as aviation and shipping; the company supplies worldwide.
