About wenglor sensoric group

The wenglor sensoric group is a family business founded in 1983 by Dieter Baur in Tettnang that develops smart sensor, machine vision and software solutions for industrial automation. The portfolio includes photoelectric sensors, ultrasonic, inductive and fluid sensors, safety technology, industrial RFID systems as well as machine vision with smart cameras, 2D/3D profile and 3D sensors and lighting technology – in total, the products are based on nearly 200 operating principles. Hardware and software are complemented by solutions such as uniVision 3, weHub and the cloud-based AI Lab, which form a seamless ecosystem for Industry 4.0 applications, such as bin picking, weld seam tracking and angle measurement on press brakes. Under the leadership of managing directors Fabian and Rafael Baur, the company has grown from its headquarters in Tettnang into a globally active technology provider with subsidiaries in Europe, North and South America and Asia. Customers from a variety of industries use the products to ensure safer, more efficient and smarter production processes.
