Wenzelburger Transportbetonwerk GmbH & Co. KG is a manufacturer and supplier of ready-mixed concrete to DIN EN 206-1/DIN 1045-2 as well as aggregates. At the Unlingen gravel plant, gravel, sand and chippings are extracted and processed into aggregates for the ready-mixed concrete industry, precast concrete industry, mortar production, road construction, landscaping and asphalt mixing plants. Via the subsidiary Ott GmbH & Co. KG in Trochtelfingen-Wilsingen, natural aggregates from White Jurassic limestone (crushed stone) are offered. The concrete range includes, among others, recycled-aggregate concrete, steel fibre concrete, architectural concrete, underwater concrete, bored pile concrete, heavy and lightweight concrete as well as self-compacting and high-strength concretes. Four ready-mixed concrete plants in Neckartailfingen, Altenburg, Frickenhausen and Betzingen supply the Nürtingen, Reutlingen and Tübingen region with an own fleet (truck mixers, concrete semi-trailers). In addition, logistics and disposal services are offered: acceptance of Category Z0 excavated soil at landfills in Unlingen and Wilsingen as well as a transshipment point in Altenburg. In-house production control is carried out at the permanent concrete testing laboratory E in Neckartailfingen. The region has been supplied for over 60 years.

Quality & Monitoring
In-house production control (WPK) is carried out at the permanent concrete testing laboratory E in Neckartailfingen, including initial and conformity testing, fresh and hardened concrete tests as well as mix design development. The concrete plants are externally monitored to DIN EN 206 / DIN 1045-2 by BÜV-Zert.
